Refund Policy

At Cinemagic Edit, we sell 100% digital products such as LUTs, sound effects (SFX), and editing presets. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds for Digital Products

Once a product is purchased and the download link is delivered, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. Please review the product description, demo previews, and compatibility before making your purchase.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund only in the following rare situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• You did not receive the download link within 24 hours and support did not respond within 48 hours.

In such cases, please email us at cinemagicedit@gmail.com with your payment receipt and details.
